Order & Shipping Policy

Coffee Lovers Warehouse strives to provide our coffee loving customers with excellent customer service. We make every effort to meet the timing commitments detailed in this policy. Please thoroughly read through this page so you know what to expect regarding receipt of your order with us.

Please Note:
All shipping carriers are experiencing unprecedented volume that may possibly cause tracking updates and final delivery delays. We process orders in a timely manner, in order for you to get your order in transit as fast as possible! However, delivery dates during your check out are estimations provided by the shipping carriers and some packages may possibly experience delays while in transit. It may take up to 24 hours for the first tracking scan to appear online though the package has departed the facilities. As soon as the package has been scanned by the carrier, the estimated delivery will update on the carriers tracking system \ site.

General Terms:
We are located in the United States and ship to all 50 United States. We can ship some items to APO/military addresses predicated on weight restrictions (Military orders please place orders over the phone and not online). We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. Contact us for International orders.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail.  The e-mail shows that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  

As soon as we receive your order, we will check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable at the time, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.  

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and prepare your order for shipment.

We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

Order Cancellation and Changes:
Once a tracking code has been generated, we will not be able to cancel or make any changes to your order in transit.

Shipping Method:
We reserve the right to choose a different shipping carrier having comparable service than what was chosen at checkout. All orders shipped by preferred shipping provider and we are unable to accommodate shipping orders on any customer's personal shipping account.

Free/Included Items:
Free or bonus items included within purchase may be substituted with other items of similar value as necessary and will be shipped using the lowest shipping cost means available.

Bulk Orders:

Tracking Information:
You will receive tracking numbers \ tracking information for your order once shipped or as soon as the tracking information is available. If a signature is required to receive your package, for security purposes we will not remove that requirement for any reason.

Address Changes:
For your security, address changes cannot be made after the order is placed.  Packages will only be shipped \ delivered to the address confirmed on your order. We are unable to make any changes to the shipping addresses, redirect, or place a hold on a package already shipped.

Refused Delivery:
If you refuse the delivery \ receipt of the item(s) you ordered from Coffee Lovers Warehouse or decide to return items without requesting a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), you'll incur a 20% restocking fee, and the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

    Free Shipping Terms:

    We don't want to mess around with fine print and extra charges, we like things to be simple and easy especially if it's FREE. 

    Free Shipping is available on orders over $500.00 to customers within the 48 states on mainland USA \ to any address in the contiguous United States. Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, USVI, APO/military addresses or on any international orders.

    We will use the lowest cost means on free shipping orders. Delivery dates on Free shipping orders are estimates provided directly by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. For faster receipt of order, you may select a faster shipping method during checkout.

    Free Shipping Terms - Subscription Orders:
    Subscription Coffee orders orders $25 and over ship free. Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, USVI, APO/military addresses or on any international orders.

    Paid Shipping Terms:
    Orders placed with paid shipping methods (Standard, Expedited) before 4pm Eastern Time, will be processed to be shipped within five (5) business days; those placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed for shipment next business day. Orders that utilize an air carrier need to be placed before 1pm Eastern Time to ship same business day; orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed for shipment next business day. Paid shipping methods are guaranteed up to the amount of any paid shipping. In the event the shipping date is not met, a refund on the shipping charge may be requested by contacting Customer Support. We process orders quickly in order to get your order in transit as fast as possible! However, delivery dates during check out are estimations provided by the shipping carrier(s) and some packages may experience delays while in transit. It may take up to 24 hours for the first tracking scan to appear online though the package may have departed the facility.     Commercial Equipment & Items that ship via Freight:

    You are responsible for all freight charges on commercial machine shipments. Freight charges to Alaska and Hawaii may be higher than the continental United States, and USVI. If there are any discrepancies regarding your order being shipping to any states \ location, we will reach out after you've placed the order and prior to the order being shipped out.

    Open Box Equipment Open Box:
    Some items may not come with some accessories, filters (if applicable), or other items like would be considered to be included with a new machine. Coffee Lovers Warehouse strives to include as many original items as possible with Open Box items, but unfortunately cannot promise every non-essential accessory will be in an Open Box order. Open Box items have the original Manufacturer's Warranty.

    Timing of Your Shipment:
    You are responsible for choosing what is the appropriate shipping method for your order in order to determine the correct timing of your delivery. Enter your ZIP code at the cart before checkout in order to confirm your estimated shipping time of arrival. For a guaranteed order delivery by a specific date, you may want to choose an expedited shipping method. If you have any questions or concerns about the shipment and timing of orders, please contact us prior to placing your order. In order to save time and/or distance on orders, products are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

    Damaged, Missing, Defective or Malfunctioning New Merchandise Policy:
    Please immediately notify us of damaged, missing, defective or malfunctioning merchandise no later than 5 business days of order delivery.

    Damaged Merchandise:
    In to protect against damage during shipping, all items are packaged carefully. Please be sure to thoroughly inspect your package when it arrives for any shipping damage. Do not attempt to use an item if it appears to be damaged. Do notify us immediately of the damage and we will begin the process for the claim.

    Missing Merchandise:
    We often ship orders in multiple packages. If items are missing from your order, please report it to us immediately. We will track your package(s) and/or replace the shipment if necessary.

    Defective or Malfunctioning New Merchandise:
    We strive on solving any issues you may have with your new coffee loving machine. If you receive an item that is not working properly or received a consumable item that may have expired, please contact us immediately and we will help set up a replacement. In order to better help us process your return or replacement, as well as to assist in the troubleshooting process; please provide us with more information on the defects you found.

    Promotional Gift Cards:
    If a promotional gift card is issued, provided as a free item with a Coffee Lovers Warehouse purchase or otherwise at no additional cost to you, the gift card will expire 90 days from the date issue date. Gift cards are sent via e-mail within 1 business day of your entire order being processed / shipped out. If your entire order has shipped and you have not received your gift card code, please contact our Sales Department.

    Confirmation:
    As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase of the items ordered. As soon as we receive your order, we will automatically reach out to our suppliers and confirm that the item(s) is in stock and available for immediate shipment to you. If your item(s) is on backorder at the time of order or unavailable, we will happily void the pre-authorization and contact you via e-mail with the update. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment to the address you provided.

    Order Shipment:
    Once the item(s) in your order is in stock, we process the charges to your credit card, and it will be shipped within five (5) business days from the date of your order. You will receive your tracking information of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at: Sales@CoffeeLoversWarehouse.com
